Each has its own committee, its own membership, and its own way of doing things. None of them run the same programme.

A party boutique on Fulham Road with an event space behind it, open to the neighbourhood for children's parties, craft workshops and small celebrations.
We did not take Winterberries on for someone else. We built it, we own it and we run it — the lease, the staffing, the diary and the takings. It is why we understand the position a committee is in when it hands its building to an operator: we carry the same risk we are asking you to hand over.

Most venues come to us for the full arrangement. Some need one piece fixed — a diary that isn't filling, or a handover after an events manager leaves.

Positioning, pricing, photography, listings and the direct approach to agencies and corporate bookers. Aimed at the midweek and shoulder dates that quietly cost you.
Full event managementWe run your events operation end to end
Enquiry handling, viewings, contracting, supplier management, staffing and delivery. Your named OMB team is the events department, reporting to your board.
Event coordinationOn-the-day management for confirmed bookings
For venues that sell well but need experienced hands running the floor. Catering liaison, supplier access, timings and the client relationship on the night.
